Bangkok Street Food - My daily Breakfast - salary man in Bangkok

“Tell me what you eat, and I'll tell you who you are.” – Jean Anthelme Brillat- Savarin (1825).

If you've been in Bangkok for a while, you would have seen the scene of salary man hurrying to work with iced coffee in one hand (Coffee power with a lot of condensed milk,  2 tsp Non-dairy creamer and 2 full tsp of white sugar) and a choice of breakfast in small clear plastic bags in the others.
Morning food stall can be seen in Metropolis areas and it serves up very delicious dishes from  grilled pork skewer on to Thai omelet style. The price of these breakfast is very affordable and I have normally pay for USD1 - USD 2 per meal.
I have gathering up some of my favourite quick meals around my office area for an idea.

Thai Fried Pork with Sticky rice

Salty and Crispy Deep Fried pork stylers one of the most popular breakfast dishes. Difference cuts  of pork such as belly, tender lion and shoulder marinated with garlic, fish sauce, coriander and white pepper. This Moo Tod is one of the best choices for those looking for a quick meal that is filling and inexpensive.
Cost: 20-30 baht

Thai style Grilled Pork skewers

Indifference from Pork Satay, Moo Yang (Thai Grilled pork) marinated with milk, plum sugar, fish sauce, garlic and coriander roots. These skewers normally serve hot with sticky rice and hot and spicy dips. I grew up with this dishes and it s very common to have as a breakfast and afternoon snack.

Pa Tong Go

Deep fried donut in Chinese style is one of common breakfast choice for local people. Pa Tong Go is very airy and crispy and these are perfect combination with Tofu milk or Morning Coffee. I like to dip these donuts with my sweet  hot milk coffee or condense milk.
