Food edition

                Today I would like to share with you what we normally have for lunch at work. Our canteen has reduced the menu due to Covid 19 situation and we do not really have self service buffet type style anymore. however, the food options are still great and there are a lot of healthy dishes available. 

                I have gained so much weight (same as everyone else in first couple months), then I have learn how to eat less or how to make a Ketogenic diet meals for myself at work. Below are the sample of my meals.

Japanese Food day. 
We had Japanese food station on that day. I could not decided what I should have so I decide to have a giant meals (sharing with other people). 

Grill Unagi station (Eel)

Curry with Deep fried pork and Miso Soup

My Mini portion. I am not a big fan of fish but this eel was so good.

Pasta Station

Cold Salad Station
There are always a couple style of salad dressing for this station and their sesame dressing are the best

Boiled chicken with rice for breakfast. I always have some fruits and eggs in the morning. 

I chose random choices of meal. It was pork with garlic, Yellow fish curry and pasta meat balls. I had some tiny dessert and herbal drink (no sugar)


Teriyaki Grilled Salmon with Miso soup. Salmon is serve quite often here and I always love to add them in my regular meals.
